Mighty Networks Kit integration: what syncs, plan needed and setup

Last materially reviewed 2026-10-03

Quick answerThe Kit integration is native. It needs Mighty's Scale Plan or higher and a paid Kit plan. It syncs members, tags and waitlist signups to Kit and adds Mighty content blocks to Kit emails.

Kit connects natively on the Scale Plan and above

Mighty Networks has a built-in integration with Kit, the email platform formerly called ConvertKit. It is available on the Scale Plan and up, and it does not need Zapier. The pricing table confirms this: the Kit row is empty for Launch and included from Scale.

The integration does two jobs. It copies your members into Kit as subscribers so you can email them, and it adds Mighty Networks content blocks to the Kit email editor so a newsletter can show your plans, Articles, Events and members. Mighty's help center notes that Posts are not part of it.

What syncs between Mighty Networks and Kit

Kit sync behavior per the Mighty Networks and Kit help centers, read on 3 October 2026
ItemWhat happens
MembersMember sync is off by default. Once on, members are added to Kit and tagged with your Network name and "Mighty Networks Integration"
FieldsKit's help center describes first name and email address as the synced fields. Name and email changes in Mighty update in Kit
Existing Kit subscribersIf the email already exists in Kit, the first name is overwritten with the one from Mighty
Limited membersAlso synced, with an extra "Limited Member" tag for the Network
Members who leaveThe "Mighty Networks Integration" tag is removed when a member leaves, is banned or is deleted
Marketing opt-outsMembers who unsubscribed from marketing emails are not synced
Member tagsOptional. Tags created in Mighty appear in Kit. Mighty is the source of truth, so edits made in Kit are overwritten
Waitlist signupsOptional. Existing signups sync retroactively when you turn it on

Setup steps from the Mighty Networks side

  1. In your Network, go to Admin > Integrations > Kit and select Connect Kit.
  2. Log in to Kit, or create an account, and approve the two authorization screens. The last step opens in a new tab, so refresh the original tab if it still shows as not connected.
  3. Back in Mighty, turn on Sync Member Data and confirm.
  4. If you segment with tags, turn on Sync Mighty Tags. If you run a waitlist, turn on Sync Waitlist Emails.
  5. In Kit, open a Broadcast or Sequence, click the plus icon in the editor and choose a Mighty Networks content block.

You can also start from Kit by installing the Mighty Networks app in the Kit App Store. A Network on a custom domain may be asked for its address during that flow.

Plans and prices on both sides

You pay for two products. Mighty's help center says the Kit account must be on the Creator plan or above, and Kit's pricing page lists apps and integrations under Creator, not under its free plan.

Cost of the Kit route, prices as read on 3 October 2026
ProductPlan neededPrice shown
Mighty NetworksScale$179 per month with annual billing; $215 per month paid monthly
KitCreator$390 billed yearly (shown as $33 per month) for 1,000 subscribers
KitPro$790 billed yearly (shown as $66 per month) for 1,000 subscribers

Kit prices rise with subscriber count, and Kit's month-to-month figure was not visible in the page text we read. Mighty's help page also mentions a 30-day extended Kit trial for Hosts. See Mighty Networks pricing for the other plans.

Limits to plan around, and what to check after connecting

  • Disconnecting does not delete anything in Kit. Synced members stay as Kit subscribers.
  • Renaming or deleting a synced tag inside Kit is undone at the next sync.
  • If you connected Kit in the past, Mighty advises disconnecting and reconnecting to move to the current version of the integration.

After connecting, check the Subscribers page in Kit for the two integration tags, compare the tagged count with your member count less marketing opt-outs, and send a test Broadcast with one content block.

This integration suits Hosts who want newsletters, sequences and automations beyond what Mighty sends itself. For what the platform emails on its own, see Mighty Networks email marketing. If you use Mailchimp or ActiveCampaign instead of Kit, the Zapier integration is the route, also on Scale. On Launch, the option left is a manual one: download the member list as an Excel file and import it into your email tool.
