Skool vs Kajabi

Skool vs Kajabi: community first or products first

Skool is community first and Kajabi is products first: Skool Pro is $99 a month for a community with courses, and Kajabi Basic is $179 a month for 5 products, a website and 2,500 contacts, both billed monthly. Mighty Networks Launch, the third option, is $95 a month, billed monthly, as read on 4 October 2026.

Launch organizes a community into Spaces, each a section with its own members, privacy setting and features, such as a course or an event area.

Monthly price, fees and limits side by side

What each entry plan includes: Skool's unlimited members, Kajabi's website and contacts

Skool lists unlimited members, courses, videos and live calls on both Hobby and Pro, with card processing inside its fee. Hobby is $9 a month and takes 10% plus 30 cents a transaction. Kajabi Basic lists 5 products, 2,500 contacts, 1 website and 1 community, with no revenue share.

Mighty Networks Launch lists unlimited members and Spaces, 200 GB of storage and 20 livestream hours a month, with events included.

Who should pick Skool, Kajabi or Mighty Networks

• Skool for a paid group that wants a single fee with card processing included.
• Kajabi Basic for a course seller who needs a website and 2,500 contacts in the same tool. Mighty Networks vs Kajabi has the detail.
• Mighty Networks for a community with courses and events that wants unlimited Spaces at $95 a month, billed monthly. Mighty Networks vs Skool sets it against Skool.

Launch includes one landing page, the single public page that tells visitors what the community is and lets them join, not a website. Kajabi Basic includes a website, and Kajabi has a 30-day money-back guarantee where Launch has none.

Billed monthly, Kajabi Basic's $179 a month against Launch's $95 a month plus its 2% transaction fee levels out at about $4,200 a month in sales. Above that, Kajabi Basic costs less, before card processing on either side.
