Mighty Networks features at a glance, with the plan each needs

Mighty Networks features fall into six jobs: running discussion, hosting events, teaching courses, managing members, taking payments and connecting other tools. Most of the first five are included from the Launch Plan. The integrations are what push people to Scale. The table uses the comparison grid on the pricing page as read on 3 October 2026.

Community and event features, with the limits per plan

Every plan has unlimited members and unlimited Spaces. What changes is the size of the team and the room for live video.

A single livestream can run two hours at most, and unused hours do not roll over. If your team has more than ten moderators, read the moderator handover guide before choosing Launch.

Course and member features included on every plan from Launch

Courses are not held back for higher tiers. Launch includes on-demand, cohort-based and live courses, quizzes and tests, sequential and dripped lessons, native video upload, automatic badges, an AI course outline tool and embedding of SCORM content. Course video counts toward the storage limit on current plans.

Member features are similarly complete: private messaging, voice notes, a member referral program, streaks, points and leaderboards. Members use the Mighty Networks apps on iOS and Android on every plan. How that looks to someone arriving from a Facebook group is covered in the mobile entry guide.

Payments, automations and integrations by plan

Payments work on every plan through Stripe. The transaction fee is 2% on Launch, 1% on Scale and 0.5% on Growth and Mighty Pro.

• Automations. Launch has course and gamification automations with audience filters. Scale adds onboarding and attendance automations. Growth adds activity and content automations and AI filters.
• Integrations. Zoom and embeds are on every plan. The pricing grid lists Zapier, Kit, Google Analytics, marketing pixels and affiliate integrations from Scale.
• API. Scale includes 5,000 Admin API requests a month, Growth 50,000 and Mighty Pro 300,000.
• Promotions. Up to 2 scheduled promotions on Launch, 5 on Scale, 10 on Growth.

What Mighty Networks is missing

• A branded app below Mighty Pro. On Launch, Scale and Growth, members use the shared Mighty Networks app.
• HIPAA compliance. The help center says it is not offered.
• SAML 2.0. Not supported for sign-in, per the security article.
• PayPal. Not supported; web payments run through Stripe only.
• Low-cost integrations. Zapier and Kit sit on Scale at $215 a month.
• Signed security paperwork on standard plans. A signed data processing agreement and the penetration test report are listed for Mighty Pro only.
• Long livestreams. Two hours is the cap per stream.
