Zoom is built into Mighty Networks Events, from the Launch Plan
Mighty Networks has a native Zoom integration: you connect your Zoom account inside the Event form and schedule Zoom Meetings or Webinars without leaving your Network. No connector such as Zapier is needed.
In the plan comparison table on the pricing page, the Zoom Integration row is included for Launch, Scale, Growth and Mighty Pro. As read on 3 October 2026, Launch is $79 per month with annual billing, and the help center lists $95 per month when paid monthly. You also need a Zoom account. Mighty's help center says a free Zoom account is enough to connect, and the integration works on web and mobile.
How to connect Zoom and schedule a Zoom Event
- Create or edit an Event in your Mighty Network.
- In the Event Type dropdown, select Zoom. A prompt to connect a Zoom account appears.
- Sign in to Zoom, or create a Zoom account, then accept the agreements and confirm access.
- Back in the Event form, choose Zoom Meeting or Zoom Webinar. Webinar only appears if your Zoom account includes webinars.
- Fill in the Event details and save. The Event is created in your Zoom account at the same time.
Events created this way sync in both directions. Mighty says a change made in either place shows in the other in almost real time. To disconnect later, go to Personal Settings > Account > Zoom and click Unlink. Your existing Zoom Events then turn into ordinary Meeting-type Events that carry a Zoom link.
Zoom Events compared with Mighty's built-in livestreaming
Zoom is optional. Each plan in the table also includes native livestreaming with monthly caps, so the choice depends on audience size and how much interaction you want.
| Plan | Streaming hours per month | Viewers per stream | Zoom integration |
|---|---|---|---|
| Launch | 20 | 100 | Included |
| Scale | 30 | 200 | Included |
| Growth | 40 | 1,000 | Included |
| Mighty Pro | 50 | 3,000 | Included |
With Zoom, capacity and recording depend on your Zoom plan, not on your Mighty plan. A club that already pays for Zoom and runs member meetings with cameras on will usually keep Zoom. A host who broadcasts to members and wants everything in one app can use the built-in stream. The wider feature set is covered on the Mighty Networks features page.
Documented limits: editing rights, shared accounts and one Network per Zoom account
- One Network per Zoom account. The help center notes that, for now, a Zoom account can be connected to only one Mighty Network.
- Only the creator can edit. The Zoom account is tied to the person who created the Event, so other Hosts cannot change its settings. If any Host should be able to edit, create a Meeting-type Event and paste a Zoom link instead.
- Members can connect Zoom too. Each Host or member connects their own Zoom account. To stop members creating Events, restrict Event creation to Hosts and Moderators in Content Settings.
- Shared Zoom accounts have side effects. Zoom does not allow overlapping meetings on one account, and if one person unlinks a shared account it disconnects for everyone.
- Personal Meeting ID settings carry over. Changing a password or recording option on such an Event also changes the default on Zoom.
What members see, and what to check after the first Event
Members get a link on the Event page and, while the Event is live, a Join Now button. The link opens the Zoom app. Mighty's help center says members without the app can join through a web browser on desktop or by phone on mobile, without a Zoom account.
After scheduling the first Event, check that it appears in your Zoom account with the same time, open the Event as a member to confirm the join link shows, and make sure the person who created it will be available to edit it. If you are moving an existing group, add this test to your pilot plan before the first real meeting.
One related automation exists outside the native integration: Zapier lists a template that invites new Zoom webinar registrants into Mighty Networks. That uses the Zapier integration, which needs the Scale Plan. Prices were read on 3 October 2026 and can change.
